Going into the 2016 Grand Final, Leopold Football Club carried the heavy burden of being clear favourites – a type of pressure that was simultaneously unraveling Australian medal hopefuls at the Rio Olympics.
I was tasked with producing three videos on short notice that broke down the mechanics of expectation and pressure management. Working directly alongside the senior coach to guarantee consistent messaging, I sourced and cut all the multimedia assets. The final videos were presented during a critical team meeting, acting as the unified visual foundation for the coach’s strategic briefings.
